Wind Cave National Park, South Dakota, U.S.

In June of 2010 we visited Wind Cave National Park in South Dakota. It's a beautiful place of open prairie grasslands, wildlife, and, of course, Wind Cave. It had been an unusually wet spring and the park was much greener than normal, allowing us to bring home some unusual photos.

The four photos below were taken within 30 minutes of each other as an overnight storm cleared out at sunrise.
