Series
The pictures in this gallery are "series" — pairs of photos of the same subject, taken at different seasons or periods in the life cycle. It is often interesting to note the differences, and realize beauty in nature can be found any time of year. The pairs on this page are from northeast Ohio and from Glacier National Park in Montana.
Some of these pairings are accidental, but generally these are planned and the photos are composed to be very similar.
